Frequently Asked Questions
1. Is the hardware compatible with square / round / column shapes? How thick is the pole or post?
Our mounting brackets and stainless steel bands work for any shape of poles or posts. The stainless steel bands extend to 48 inches, so as long as the circumference of the pole/past is less than 48 inches, it will fit.
2. We already have the hardware in place, can we order just the custom sized graphics?
Yes! You can. Please choose the “graphic only” option when you place your order. Lush Banners also offers custom sized pole pockets and graphics.
3. Are your hardware widths adjustable or customizable?
We offer durable solid fiberglass arms in 4 widths: 18”, 24”, 30” and 36”. We do not provide any other width sized arms at this moment. Also we do not recommend our customers to modify the fiberglass arms due to possible health hazards.
4. Do you offer color matching services for your custom pole banners?
Yes! We do offer Free color matching for our pole banners. One solid color is allowed per design. For accurate color matching we recommend PMS Coated Colors. Please note minor color differences will exist on different printing materials and finishes.
5. How Much Do Pole Banners Cost?
Depending on the size or material of your project, pole banners might cost from $39 up to several hundred per street or light pole banner. Generally, the larger the size, the thicker the printing material, the higher the cost. UV printed fade resistant material is also available with a higher price tag (50% or more), which can last 2-3 years versus 6-10 month of regular vinyl pole banners.

Begin by selecting the right configuration for you by choosing from several sizes that suit your needs. Select the printing material through the Graphics options as well as consider the pole pocket size and grommet selections. Make sure to select the right quantity and when you’re ready just add to cart and complete the order by checking out. Upload your own design through the File Upload tab.
